Hemp Grower is owned by GIE Media, based in Valley View, Ohio. HG’s mission is to support legal hemp cultivators by providing actionable intelligence in all aspects of the business—from regulatory news to analysis of industry trends and business strategy, as well as expert advice on cultivation, extraction, marketing, financial topics, legal issues and more.

HG focuses strictly on the business of legal hemp and aims to provide timely information—through its website, e-newsletter, print magazine and annual Cannabis Conference—to help the reader make timely, informed decisions to help them run their hemp businesses more efficiently and more profitably.

Registration will open on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 8:00 a.m.

All-Access Pass – This pass includes access to networking event functions, the exhibit hall, educational sessions, pre-show all-access workshops on day 1 of the event, and post-show video access that will be distributed to every all-access pass holding attendee post-event.

Conference & Expo Pass – This pass includes access to all networking functions (except the All-Access networking lunch on Day 1), the exhibit hall, and all general educational sessions (not including the All-Access Pre-Show Workshops).

Expo Only Pass – This pass includes access to all networking functions (except the All-Access networking lunch on Day 1) and access the exhibit hall.

The presenters represent a diverse cross section of professionals, including top management from leading organizations in North America and throughout the world.

There are four ways to register.

  2. By Phone: Call 800.456.0707 (or 216.393.0300) and ask to register for the Hemp Grower Conference
  3. By Mail: Complete a registration form and mail with payment (checks made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) to 5811 Canal Road Valley View, OH 44125.
  4. By Fax: Complete a registration form and fax with credit card information to 216.525.0515.

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference.

GIE Media accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks and money orders (made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) are also accepted. Please do not send cash with mail-in registrations. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars and from a U.S. bank.

Yes. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis.

All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or e-mailed. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by September 10, 2021. A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is received no later than October 11, 2021. No refunds will be issued after October 11, 2021, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may be also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Hemp Grower Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs.

Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.

Registration credentials can be picked up on-site at the Hemp Grower Conference registration desk.

A block of discounted rooms is available at the Rosen Shingle Creek to event attendees at special group rates of either $149.00 per night plus tax for a single/double occupancy until October 18, 2021 or until the room block is full.

All room reservations must be guaranteed for the first night’s room and tax only. Cancellations made prior to (72) hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within (72) hours of arrival.
